Difference Between 110 and 111?

Richard Matheny said:
To answer the original question. The 110 has straight bolster faces next to the handle inlays and the "new" 111 has radiused bolster faces against the inlays. Otherwise the knives are the same. I have eight factory variations of the "new" 111 to date and there may be more.

Does that include the 2006 111DY by David Yellowhorse? Or is that not considered a factory knife?

Hello Neil and welcome to the Buck forum. I see you have been a member of Blade Forum for 4 years and have chosen to make your first posts here, great!
If you have hung around here much at all you would know we have a weekly photo posting event called The Sunday Picture Show. Please stop by Sunday and join in by posting pictures of your Classic 111 there, along with pictures of any other Buck knives you would care to share with us now or in the future. We would also like to hear about your knife and how you acquired it etc... This thread my be 15 years old but your knife is 40... /Roger
