difference between ZT 551 and 561?

I'm right there with you. If I didn't have the 551, I'd go for the 560 in a heartbeat. Since I do, my fear is that I'll buy the 560 but eventually, once the novelty wears off, end up carrying the 551 anyway. I'm trying to sit back and take a wait-and-see, but I have a long history of being really bad at not buying knives. ;)
 
The greatest difference between the 0551 & 0560 to me is that I have two of the former, while ownership of the newer one is still in the 'conceptual' stage. With the Christmas gift buying season already here, availability until next year is a moot point here. Da coffers beez bare! (Good thing I still lust for my 0551's!)
