Differences between UK & EU laws

Does anyone know the differences between them?
The only common points I can find is a blade can't be over 8cm long & can't lock.

It depends on the country. There is no uniform law regarding knives in the EU.

Some European countries allow locking blades on folding knives if it is two hand open. Some don't allow any sort of one hand opening knife. Check the laws of the country you will be in.
