Different generations of Zero tolerance 0560?

Amazon says they have the 2014 model of the Zero Tolerance 0560BW. I am wondering is that the generation that has the steel lock bar insert etc? Or when were the different generations of the ZT 0560 released?

does anybody know when the steel lock bar insert was exactly put in? I can't seem to find anything.
