You might well be surprised at all of the different Rockwells in INFI knives over the years.
Costs a lot of $$ in knives or a willingness of lots of people to let the tester make the little Tester marks on the blades.
It also takes a time investment, plus record keeping.
You might find Busse INFI ranging from RC 45 to RC 65.
You might even find a few that would appear to be differential at least blade to handle.
But all that takes money, time, record keeping and of course the interest in doing so.
M-INFI was much more consistent.
Edited to add:
Look at your knives, look for three little dots, sort of like a triangle if you connected the dots maybe 1/4" to 1/2" apart, these are what it looks like after a test.
