This is hand forged from 4140. Right now I have a 2LB hammer, appx wt. just needs handle finishing for sale.

This is the combination of a fuller and a hammer. The head is flat, face is 2" x 1" striking surface. The head is heat treated 1/4" deep at head and the rest of the head is springy. This is a pretty csweet hammer and Ia used the first one today. Works great on drawing the edge out. So just check out the pics and give me some feedback on what yall think.

Thanks for looking...... Cost is $80 shipping included inside usa.

The handle shown is not the handle that comes with the hammer. It will be properly fit. This is just the prototype. The original hammer goes to David Farmer for this is his idea/design.

a fuller head can be done instead of a square flat finish. The corners will be contoured to prevent digging into the steel while forging.

after forging with this tonight I appreciate this better than the traditional japanese forging hammers. the forward strike is more accurate and more controllable on the rebound. I am actually suprised of the action just by the design alone. This piece is more of a finishing hammer than a knock the fool out of it hammer....lol....

Right now I have all of the flat Japanese forging hammers. I can take orders but there is a delay in ordering steel... just email me to work things out.

I pretty much can forge most hammer designs, so just ask
