Difficulty in Nepal

Whether we know it or not, I think our HI collections just went up in value. Supply and demand, and the supply suddenly went down.

The same with Auntie Yangdu's inventory. I'm reluctant to say this, but I hope that she prices her inventory accordingly, for the sake of the Kamis.

How are the Kamis going to find work? I look at the Farmcata longingly, and I think I'd personally be willing to pay $200 for one if I knew that it would give some extra funds to help the Kamis and their families weather the storm. (A little rationalization goes a long way when it comes to HIKV :)) I'd pay $200, but it might be worth $225 to someone, maybe $250 to someone else...

Maybe some auctions by Yangdu could bring in some extra funds for the Kamis? I know the Farm knives are pretty popular, and so are the ASTKs. I hope she has some in stock. And I hope she gets good prices for her existing stock, whether it's by auction or otherwise.
