Digging Knife

An average rock volume of > 25%, a minimum average size per rock of 5 cm^3, with an hardness of 60+ HRC.

In the ground.

1.21 giga watts.

Like most of your post, I get the feeling you may be making this up and being deliberately obtuse. Perhaps a trip to adjust your bevels?
Greater than 25% rocks and you claim minimal damage? How big a hole? Any proof?

In the ground? Duh. What geographic location. Rumor is you reside in NE Canada. Geography is a big question. Verifying a knife will dig because you have done it is meaningless without qualifications. The variables are near infinite. I demand scientific protocols.

With what instrument did you measure your giga watts and was it calibrated correctly per protocol?

Have you tried asking the clay stupid questions repeatedly? I am not sure it will work but it will get you to stop asking us stupid questions.

"Tom, where I am going to get that kind of power????" :D As long as you correctly pronounce gigawatts, then it's all good. The only thing about that movie (besides MJ Fox) that bugged me....

I was hoping the number itself would be telling. For details, there are pictures of the holes in the reviews where you can see the rock content and where digging was done with a variety of knives. The problem I have with it, which I noted in the early reviews is that from one month to the next it is kind of hard to remember the force and such. It is viewed personally as a rough test, sort of pass fail. Later I showed just how much skill/method influences it by doing rough sod cutting with a knife which had a 0.005" edge, at < 10 degrees per side, which was 66 HRC and the knife was uneffected even cutting through rocks in the sods. Pictures are in the review.

Do these guys know each other and are joking? Or does this guy not get Cliff's post? I'm kind of new here.

How about some dynamite? Just make sure you cover it (the stick of dynamite) with your body, to properly direct the charge into the ground.
