Digital Camo Millie. Who Wants One?

I could in a week or so... I've got outstanding traffic tickets I've been putting off and buying more knives. :( Bad habits.

None of the ones I've had have ever rubbed off. It's DLC at about 84RC or something. Most of the time other stuff (cardboard, metal, plastic, etc) is actually scraping on the coating, the coating's not scratching. Just a quick wash and you'll be fine.
 
Tried washing the area on blade where scratches happend. Scratches or scuffs are still there.I used this cherry knife to open a Zyrtec allergy tablet and was pretty shocked to see this.

Try some Bar Keepers Friend. Most of the time it's metal scratching off onto the blade coating. Pictures would help.

You'd have to be abusing it pretty hard to get the coating to "rub off."

Really?

I think whatever it is Spyderco uses is better than all other knives I've seen. I cant get it to show wear. Every time I think I scratched the finish good it just comes out.

Its the Glock finish of the knife world IMO.
 
If we can get black bladed Digicamo Milly for $119.99, I am in, also one of my coworker in, he Forum member as well.

i have several knives with DLC and it will scuff/scratch with use like any other coating, probably is the best coating i have seen in that regard though.

the scuffs on mine wont wash out lol, i wish they would.

I guess deal spotting? that doesn't even seem right because the rules in deal spotting say "We'd prefer you support the dealers who support BladeForums.com." and this thread was started because of a BF dealer said get X amount of people and I'll get you a deal going.
 
:confused: I guess we'll never know. Still that would be a great price for a DLC coated camo millie.
