DIN 11441 - what HRC?

I would like to know what level of hardness my PumaTrailguard and PumaCub possesses. I suppose it should be somewhere around 58 on the HRC-scale. The attached note only says: "High Carbon Steel". That implies the level of carbon being higher than 0,5%. In other words; it says almost nothing.
