My Kephie came in today. Absolutely amazing blade, my favorite by far. Excellent feel, perfectly crafted, and a damn nice sheath with it too.

It was begging for some slicing and chopping, I couldn't say no. :D

Great lookin keppy. That cocobolo looks great. Im glad you went with the keppy, I think everyone should own one.
 
Damn with all these awesome knives by John popping up, he's gonna need his own forum soon. I really like that one!
 
It's Cocobolo.

I went from a Micarta Hiker, to a Micarta Kephart. John posted some pics of his knives and this Cocobolo one caught my eye. I told him I want it, or one just like it. He said it was available so I just snagged that one. It's a bit bigger than I was going to order (4 5/8), but I'm glad I did. This thing is perfect.

Out to the woods with it tomorrow. Pics to follow.

Oh, the Ka-Bob's were delicious!!
 
What an excellent looking knife. I use my JK Keppy often. Nice looking dinner too! Delicious!

I think I will go dice some sausages and vegetables for stir fry with my knife...yum
