In order to celebrate Andy's new shop as well as help repay what Andy has done for me over the years - I am having a custom sheath giveaway contest.

How the contest works:

All New Fiddleback Forge knives sold (no matter the forum) between January 16th and the end of February are eligible for a custom sheath from Diomedes Industries (Myself). This sheath will be a basic model of mine as shown below:

These sheath will not come with a dangler unless specifically requested.

How to enter the contest:

This will have to be on the honor system while entering (keep your receipt in case there is any question). Post in this thread while after you have made your purchase - not only will we oooh and ahhh over your excellent choice - it will enter you in the contest.

All names will be entered into a hat (literally) and then drawn out by one of my sons. The winner will be notified on this forum - and I will send the winner my address as the place to send the knife for wet forming (unless it is an Arete or Hiking buddy - I have those).

You can enter more than once - if you purchase more than one fiddleback knife - simply make TWO or more posts talking about your purchases.

Exclusions:

I simply do not have the capacity to make a sheath for the Machete that Andy makes. I am sorry to have to exclude it from this contest.

I purchased the white linen Hiking Buddy from the next to last batch last batch.

I just picked up an Osage Orange/Natural Canvas Hunter here out of Andy's 1/27 batch and would love to have one of your outstanding sheaths whether I win or not. Count me in.

I also recently received a Walnut over Osage Orange Recluse from Andy on 23 Jan for which he received my earlier mailed USPS MO payment and shipped on 17 Jan - but I don't know whether this one qualifies or not. Either way, thanks for your generous gesture!

Just bought another one, this time the black canvas/bloodwood Curly Cue Recluse from Andy last week (8 Feb). Thanks again for your generous gesture to some lucky FFF (that's Fiddleback Forge Fan).

I appreciate the opportunity to be considered for one of your sheaths!! This is an extremely generous offering.

Okay - I am pulling rank on this one. Because the shop was MOVED during the contest itself. I want to extend the contest until the end of February. I hope this does not offend anyone - but I know Andy's output was a bit lower than his usual during this time.
