I had do spend a few hours to ponder what I should write, as to honest I am not too used to winning stuff, especially not stuff I like.......(guns, bikes, knives).

Therefore I pour two glasses of Laphroaigh, and I raise the glass to Talfuchre, who generously made this happen.... Thank you so much, I am honored......

Sincerely
Knut

After you get your happy drunk on - or perhaps tomorrow when you recover - drop me a PM. We need to set up a few things - but here is what you need to do for me.

Post a picture up of this blade of yours. I would love to suggest a style, dye color, and stitch color for you - and see what you think. Let's make this a forum thing so that we can all enjoy.

Then - you need to pack that bad boy up for me so that I can wetform the sheath to YOUR knife. (This will be a true custom - a one off - of your approval - for your knife) - and PM me for an address.

You get it to me (with insurance) and I will get it back to you as soon as I get your sheath done.

Cool?

Also - don't thank me - Thank Andy. He made Diomedes Industries a fun thing to do - and a breeze to make sheaths for.

Knife in hand....

I will get to work on it soon - and the good news is - it is a hunter - I will use it to make a blank with so that I can offer these now and again.

Knut - sorry it has taken so long - but I cut the pattern for your knife last night - and am getting to work. I would love to say that awesomeness takes time - but life simply has gotten in the way. I need to stitch one more up before yours and then I am ready to get to work.

Oh - by the way - did you know your knife can Batton through Cinder Blocks and Automobile Hoods! Wow!

Kidding....

I hear you mate...........thanks for letting me know.
I know everything about life just "happening". With me and the missus working shifts along with a 1,5 year old with growing fascination for dinosaurs, motorbikes, tractors, vacum cleaners, shoes(random order, his, mine, wifes), snow shovels, cars and "my" knives.
It'll get there, Id be very happy if you posted a picture along the process or whenever its finished?
I am so happy that It can chop well........... I never ever expected such performance from a sub 5" blade! Must be something "magic" in it?

I sincereley hope that you wore gloves and glasses and that the effort didnt blister your hands:D
