In Russia through CKF - Custom Knife Factory. They ship from Moscow but I'm not entirely sure if it's made there.

Most of the work is done in china. Usually to a high standard. Final finishing (some cases) inspection and assembly is carried out in russia.

They have other versions and I like the slim feel

The components are formed in Chinese shops and finished in Russia.

CKF's offerings seem to ride mainly on being "limited", and seem to be "limited" for the sole reason of being "limited". Other than having slightly out of the box designs and reportedly good flipping action, I don't see them as offering much more than less expensive designs that are more commonly available, easier to have service done, and produced/backed by companies with a proven track record.

I like the Russian designers and it tends to be hard to find someone that will ship to the U.S. These guys are one of the few I've found. As far as being limited, that works for me. Price doesn't bother me, it was cheaper than a few ZTs i own. These guys are cool people, they go to blade (a little hard to understand with a translator) but they will definitely back their product.

I have #32. This knife is awesome to carry because it's so darn light and just disappears in your pocket while having a long blade.

I wish the detent is a little light, but the flipping action is very smooth.
