Had a email this morning from Direware saying I could place a order if I responded before their books closed. Responded with my order and just curious if anyone knows of a way to know whether I made the cut off or not? Anyone else get this email??

I got the email yesterday early in the morning and again this morning. I put in an order for 2 knives. :D

I got it yesterday around 0600 EST and placed my order around 0620 for one. I'm hoping that no news is good news, since the email stated they wouldn't answer questions about status.

I have received two emails so I would think if you responded to the first your safe since they sent out a second a day later. So I ordered one knife from the first and one from the second I know the one from the first must have gone through but not sure about the second, worse case I only get one knife.

Sweet! Makes me feel a lot better. I only got the first email, so I'm going to hope that it means that I used my chance. lol Im thinking I should of gotten two knives…

I received a confirmation email this morning saying my order went through so I know one did not sure about the second order but that's ok one is cool with me. Its a long wait though.

I received one as well. Gives me time to get the money together and keep it in the safe, waiting.

Did anyone notice he has a new grind, the Non-Recurved Tanto(NEW for 2014)?
Are there any pics floating around?

Got my confirmation email today. Now comes the long wait. I imagine he had a lot if emails to go through

How many people (like me) opened this thread because of the confusing title.

I half expected a photo book. LOL! :D

Received e-mail invitation, placed order, received confirmation one week later.

Now wait for 18 months.

Done deal.

I envy you dudes who are gonna stick it out. I know for a fact that I would never be able to wait that long for a blade. Patience isn't exactly my forte.

Now this is just my own very personal opinion.......I didn't know what Direwire was so I went to the website for a look. I would not wait 15 minutes for any thing I saw there, but since beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I'm happy for those of you who placed orders, were confirmed and are now anxiously awaiting the passage of time.
