I've never been happier with aftermarket work!

I sent him my Camillus Cuda Maxx to have it switched to tip-up carry. He did that, filled the previous holes with screws and a special "lock stop" that was so cool it made me cry. He reprofiled my lock ramp and moved the ball detent so the knife is much easier to close and he cleaned up all the factory machine marks on the flipper wings and it looks perfect.

I'd tell you what he charged me but it was so cheap it would make me feel dirty.:D

I can't wait to send Dirk something else. I don't know what, but I definately want his hands on more of my knives.

Hey fulloflead! That sounds cool! Two questions. 1. With it being tip up is'nt there a chance of getting a nasty cut? 2. Could you post some pictures?
Thanks

Well, his ball detent is snappy so the blade doesn't fall open unless you really shake the heck out of it. Also, if you're right handed, the blade ends up being held closed by the back of the pocket. It DOES "wave" open better than anything I've ever seen. I can't think of a better S.D. folder setup than this.

I have no way to post pictures. Sorry.
