Thanks Jerry for adding stonewashed! The DDSH is a pretty cool design. I'm a big fan of the ASH1 (not quite as much as @Andy the Aussie or @tuica , but nearly so

), and the UF is cool too, so I'm looking forward to this.

Looks like there's still plenty sr coming out of the shop. There should be a cheaper alternative though I agree. Res-c handle. 6-8" Aeb-l would be great as well as/or 14c28n, also 420hc. 3 options for big blades, very tough, easy to sharpen and stainless.

Offering such as this deserves in my opinion a dedicated picture of Stonewashed finish just like any previous offerings in the past few years so I would like to kindly ask Busse team to post at least one stonewashed picture of DDSH before I get charged. Thanks!
