OK, you can use a neddle nose plier to unscrew that pirvot assy. Just place one side each of the pliers in the indented area of the screw and you should be abble to remove it. Even better a spanner wrench of the correct size will work great. If I were you and did not wont to bugger up the pivot screw I would just give it a good bath with a brush, dry it out, and give it just a little lube. Go lite on the lube as a little goes a long way.
