Disassemble Urban to swap scales?

I'd really like an Urban w/ the leaf blade, orange scales. I have an orange one w/ the wharncliffe. If I got a green one and a leaf shape, is it as easy as it looks to disassemble, switch blades? Any fit issues? Is there some kind of tension issue w/ the spring that would be hard to get back together? Smart idea or dumb? Thx!

I did a blade swap on my Urbans with no real problems, the orange one came apart ok but the green one just didnt want to give up that middle screw.
I was still able to swap the blades any way but that middle screw seems to have been a problem for at least one other member here IIRC.
