disc grinder

any one every see a disc grinder like this before???
i think it was made by a guy in johnstown, pa.

the drawing is mine, any info would be appreciated

Im not sure if I follow, what does the orange thing do?

clamp blade in green part, then the orange part swivels so you can pull blade across disc and remain parallel to disc. then take off and switch to other side and never have to unclamp knife (theoretically you should get identical grinds)
the orange parts are have dowels and bushings in them.
