Disccusion: Beckerhead BK-10 Special (was: Don't you just HATE it when ...)

Alright lads and lasses, I've been given the go ahead for order release. You will recieve your confirmation codes tomorrow evening, which means, Friday morning, you can place your order.

Here's how its gonna go. I will release the confirmation code, 10 at a time. I will be starting at the top of the sign up list, and heading down. I will edit your posts, and put "CC sent" to let you know to check your email. After that, you can call and order M-F, 8:30-4:30 EST. Doesn't matter who answers the phone, you can place your order with them. You will need,

Your BFC name
The Confirmation Code
The address where you want the knife shipped
Your payment information

We are doing this as a courtesy for Kabar. If I sent all the codes out, there would be a madhouse of orders, blah, blah, blah. So, we will slow down the ordering process, to allow Kabar the time to get your order shipped. Once Kabar calls and tells me, I will release another 10 and so forth.

Not to worry, if you signed up, you will get your knife.

I'm still trying to get overseas shipping costs, for those of you that will need it.

This will run smoothly, and fairly, as I can make it, and like I said, if you are in on the signup thread, you are guaranteed a BK10.

Moose, that's awesome. But the international shipping stuff and the ordering process for those who cannot make calls to the US, let alone transfer money to an american bank account, are still giving me a headache.

Bladite told me to email him, which I did. He told me to write toooj a mail, which I tried to do, but he has "Receive E-Mails from Members" deactivated on his BFC account. I wrote him a visitor message, but he hasn't responded yet. I guess he is busy over his head. Will I ever get my knife? *sobs uncontrollably*

It'd be very sad not to be able to buy my knife because of these small issues :(

I told you, I'll make sure you get your knife. Might have even been a promise in there somewhere. I meant it. We wouldn't go through all this trouble, and then drop off right here at the finish line. I'll take care of it, stay tuned.

What about finding a trusted member you can send money to via paypal, then they can order for you using you codes and info, and pay with credit card? Is that against the rules? Id do it but I had to do some side work just to free up enough space on my credit card for one.
