Cold Steel ODA, San Mai III
Additional Pics:
Discontinued and sold out. Never used, carried or sharpened. It has been sheathed and unsheathed from time to time over the years. The VG-1 San Mai III blade looks the same as the day it was made. No scratches whatsoever. The two tone satin finish, the grind, and the swedge makes for a stunning looking blade, at least in my opinion. The markings are all dark and crisp, no fading. No nicks, chips or rolls on unused, original Cold Steel factory edge. The deeply checkered Kraton (hard rubbery) handles provide excellent traction. There are a couple of very minor nicks/dings to the edge of the semi flexible rubber guard. It's from being stored, sheathed and unsheathed from the Secure-Ex sheath which has very very strong retention causing the dings. No other issues at all with the handles. The sheath itself is in fantastic condition. This knife is extremely sharp much like any Cold Steel San Mai blade I've ever owned. I'm honestly afraid of how f&%king sharp Cold Steel San Mai can get. Comes as knife ONLY. No box/papers. PFIZL
