The Nilakka is a discontinued folder, based on the traditional Finnish puukko. The Nilakka was designed by award-winning Finnish knifemaker Pekka Tuominen. Tuominen is one of the world’s most knowledgeable experts on the traditional Finnish puukko knife and one of only seven master bladesmiths certified by the Finnish Ministry of Education. This collaboration with Spyderco created an excellent knife with an extremely sharp edge thanks to the scandi grind and a comfortable full grip.
