Mr. Howe and his wife are great people to deal with. They went out of their way to take my order via telephone yesterday. I called yesterday, probably after their normal business hours (didn't at the time know what time zone they are in)...no answer...left a message. Sent an email asking what their business hours are so I could call back. Not only did Mr. Howe answer my emails in a flash, Mrs. Howe called me to take my order so I could get it in before they sold out of their closeout stock. Mrs. Howe even checked inventory while I was on the phone with her to make sure everything I ordered was in stock and available in the colors I wanted. That was some of the BEST customer service I've experienced in a long, long time.
