Not only are their prices the most competitive (with their 10% pricing policy and all), but their customer service is great. Brian has always responded to all my questions about the availability of items within one day. I did have an experience which made me question the entire internet/mail order method of buisness. The details are also posted in this forum, but Brian's service ever since he learned about the problem has changed my attitude. I just recieved an email from him and the time over here on the west coast is 1:10am. Who knows what time it is where he is--all I know is it is late and he is still working!
