Is the 1-888-4AKNIFE correct or still working? I've tried to call on numerous occassions, day or night, and it is always busy. I have an order 10 days overdue and several e-mails later with no reply. I just read the previous post and am begining to wonder.

Heeheee, that's been my problem with them over the past couple of years now .... can never get through to them. Course I gave up trying after about a half a dozen times on seperate occasions and don't plan on wasting anymore time dialing them!
My fingers can only take soooo much punishment with all that dialing!
The line is still working, because I had the operator check it a few times when I was trying to get a hold of them in the past to place an order with them, the operator told me all the times I checked that yes, the phone was busy at those times!
Lost lots of sales from me, that's for sure!

Brian runs a one man operation, and spends most of the time on the phone. He offers really good prices and service; I go to him when I have made up my mind what I want to buy, and order over the net.
It is not a good place to ask a lot of questions over the phone. Questions can be easily answered right here on the forums, or by searching the dealers.
It is most peculiar for Brian to not promptly answer e-mails, and the 6 or 8 orders I have placed with him have always been delivered promptly, with the few back orders explained to my satisfaction. I can't help but believe that the blade show has something to do with this.
