Question from a new member...Does anyone have a good or bad experience with a company / Website called Discount Knives located in Silver SPrings Maryland. I placed an order with them a month ago and am still trying to get them to ship ! I would appreciate any positive or negative feedback...maybe I shouild have asked before I placed the order with them at the end of March.
 
Go do a search in the "Good, Bad and Ugly" forum and you'll get some info. I haven't dealt with them, but have seen some discussion in that forum.

I dealt with Discount Knives several times with no any problems at all. Once I was not impresses by some of the knives I ordered. He just told me to send them back for a refund.

The phone number seems to be busy all the time. However, if you communicate with him via e-mail, he should respond in a day or two. His operation seems to be a one man show. Be patient, give him a little more time.

Yeah, I second the search. I had mixed service, sometimes good, sometimes terrible.

Thanks for all the feedback guys...I guess I'll give Brian a little more time to respond to my e-mails. I will probably delte my post tomorrow since I reposted the question on the more appropriate forum (good, bad, & ugly per Elvislives suggestion. Thanks again, everyone !
