Well no such rosy experiences here. I placed an order on 4/25 for a Benchmade 530 and other than an order confirmation, never heard anything else from Discount Supply Unlimited. I sent them email 4 days ago and haven't heard back yet. When I checked the "customer service" link on their webpage, they don't even list a phone number, 800 or otherwise. Just the email address "abilityw@yahoo.com". I emailed 'em again and told 'em to cancel my order.
I give up trying to find a deal on the 530, this is the third vendor since January that I've gotten a runaround from. Hmmmm, can I call it a runaround if I never heard back from 'em? Whatever you'd call it, they all suck.
Just fyi, I found this discussion on a google search. What's more, I'll be ripping DSU a new one every chance I get. I deleted the order confirmations from the other two scum knife outlets, don't remember who they were or I'd be ripping them a new one too. What a crock.
