Discount supply unlimited?

I made a couple of purchases through them last year. It took a few days for them to answer an e-mail but in both cases the product was delivered in about 5- 10 days. I would use them again.

So that's pretty common eh? It will be five days today (04/28/06) I've emailed them five times to different addresses plus checked if they have charged my card yet. (They haven't) I'm pretty much planning on calling VISA and canceling this one out.

I ordered a Benchmade Stryker........
 
Just want to say that I have completed another purchase through DiscountSupplyUnlimited with no problems at all.

Well no such rosy experiences here. I placed an order on 4/25 for a Benchmade 530 and other than an order confirmation, never heard anything else from Discount Supply Unlimited. I sent them email 4 days ago and haven't heard back yet. When I checked the "customer service" link on their webpage, they don't even list a phone number, 800 or otherwise. Just the email address "abilityw@yahoo.com". I emailed 'em again and told 'em to cancel my order.

I give up trying to find a deal on the 530, this is the third vendor since January that I've gotten a runaround from. Hmmmm, can I call it a runaround if I never heard back from 'em? Whatever you'd call it, they all suck.

Just fyi, I found this discussion on a google search. What's more, I'll be ripping DSU a new one every chance I get. I deleted the order confirmations from the other two scum knife outlets, don't remember who they were or I'd be ripping them a new one too. What a crock.
 
I just order in 5/18, and the mail tell me shipped in 5/24,
Look for above, I am to worry I can`t receive my order,
because I live in Taiwan, if I have`t receive my order,
I can`t do anything for my money！
