I want to place an order with discount knives, but i can't get a hold of them to find out availability. Their phone has been busy everytime i have called, and they haven't responded to either of my e mails. I just wondered if anyone knew of their status, and repuation.
any help is much appreciated, and i hope i placed this post in the correct forum.

I purchased a Fallkniven F1 from them just a few weeks ago. Quick, courteous service with me. Hopefully someone will get with you shortly, with an apology.
 
hmmmm.....still no answer.
i even e-mailed them again.
Their phone 8884AKNIFE is always busy, does anyone know of another way to contact them?
 
I just recently, (w/i past 7-10 days) emailed a request for price confirmation and availability. I got a response within 12 or so hours, placed the online order, got my requested email confirmation that the order was shipped and then, 2 or 3 days later the nice red, white and blue box showed up.

Brian is tough (impossible) to reach by phone, however.
 
all seems to be ok now, got my availability reply, placed an order and got confirmation......just have to wait for that box full o' joy
 
i ordered a knife from brian a few days ago forget about the phone i guess he runs the shop alone and never has much time for phone chat i got an email back in two days time i have heard good things about discount knives
 
I ordered a Spyderco from him weeks ago, and it's not here yet. The phone is constantly busy, and I he's not responding to emails. I'm emailing 'brian@discountknives.com'. Is there another address I should be emailing? I'm getting very angry...
