A lot of work went into that luck. And I'm very glad they were so quick to acknowledge the problems remaining to put the program on hold until they fix them.

By the way, does anybody know what the patch kits were that they tested? I heard something about spatulas and trowels, so what came to mind was some kind of high-tech spackle... But normally, any such material would be applied at ground temperatures and in a normal atmosphere. I wonder how they got it to set right in space.
