It's show time and we are displaying our Buck knives representing the Buck Collectors in Las Cruces this weekend. We just got set up today. My bird dog Suzie is supervising. DM

Thank you Bert. Today was just setting up and it's always a blast seeing all our friends. Most of the venders wanted to take my dog home.? We're excited about tomorrow and who will stop by. DM

Sweet, wish I could be there. Going to a gun/knife show next weekend in Grand Rapids, MI not too many Buck's unfortunately.

Max, come on down and have a good time with us. I will see lots of Buck knives at this show. Thanks, DM

With the amazing collections that you folks have, it must be a challenge to decide what to take with you to do a show?

Nice pictures, Dave but you really need to find out how to set the date on the camera.

Hi David,

Hope you both have a great show this weekend! Please keep the photo's coming, they are the next best thing to being there:thumbup:

boy148, thank you. Honestly my display doesn't change much from year to year. I usually add 1 or 2 models on a good year. When I can find a earlier one than I currently have. I added a barrel nut model, a one line 110 and a 2 line 124 over the last 2 years.
Hunter, thanks. We are having a great time. DM

John, here is another Life Member Hugh Riddle. He always comes by to see us at this show. He has invited us over to drool at his Buck Collection. A great member. DM

This is Mike & his wife Pat. He usually comes to see us at this show. He was a Supervisor with our Dept. of Agriculture (ret.) and hired me back in 1990. A great man I respect. He likes to hunt and look at knives.

I sharpened several knives today and answered numerous questions on how to date their Buck knives. Even the Colonel came and sat with us a while at our table. When this happens, invariably a old friend of the Colonel's will come by and salute him and offer a good, 'edge of your seat' story. So, yes John and et. al., we are having a great time. I'd be remiss by not mentioning that the barbecue has improved... I don't know if it was me or the standing long hours but this puts icing on the cake. DM

Leesa, David, it is always a pleasure to see a part of your impressing collection.
I would be glad to see it in nature, not always on small forum pictures. Won't
you bring your collection to the next anniversary celebrations to Post Falls or
Spokane in 2018? I plan to attend to the celebrations.

Haebbie

Haebbie, always good to hear from you. Thank you. We are making plans to attend the Collectors 30 year anniversary. I displayed my collection at the 20 year and I will bring it to the 30 year. Lord willing. We will be glad to see you wearing your European Bavarian Alps attire. DM
