Dissapointed with BUSSE

I took the day off. Had $600 dollars in my pocket (incentive rebate) and headed up to the Indy 1500 show hopeing to buy a BUSSE satin AD or satin BAD (with blue or marron G-10 if luck was with me). Also I was wanting to buy something else. I was there from 2:00 to 3:30 and BUSSE didn't show up. I took the day off, drove 3 hours there and back, plus spent my time, gas money and entrance fee money; all because BUSSE said they would be there. Needless to say I'm not a happy camper. I have bough at least six knifes and a crash axe in the last 6 months. This is unsatisfacory. I just ordered another Busse from the last GANZA. If it wasn't already in the mail I would cancel my order. This is poor customer service and I expected more from BUSSE.

You should try reading the post list before something like this.

Of course, interesting that very soon after I had made the original post about the show, you posted asking if we would be there.

Poor customer service??? Don't know how you got there.....

This was hidden inside another post that said they were going to be there, that is why I missed it. Anyway maybe they should have a backup plan.

Go easy there, suttond... This was an unanticipated medical situation. Also, IIRC, Hammy does these shows on his own time as an independent authorized dealer of Busse Combat. There wasn't really a whole lot of time for a backup plan. The cancellation notice was given on Wednesday night in a new thread...

...In other words... Give the po HAM a break, OK? :)

Oh well.................... (Banned Smiley)
Hope all is well with you Hammy!

Illness or not, that is a pretty thoughtless thing to say.

Mike is the King of customer service.

You obviously haven't been around long enough to understand the deal.

Busse Combat is only a little bit about the great knives and a lot about the Busse community.
