DLC and TiCN chemical proof?

Does anyone know if dlc and TiCN coatings are completely chemical proof? Disregarding anything that would also easily eat the metal beneath it. Or will certain solvents have some effect?

AFAIK dlc can be weakened by soaking in hydrogen peroxide. But to be honest, that was just a bit I read on here in another thread.

It seemed to work a bit on my zt0770cfm4 dlc, but it had to soak for over 45 mins. to see some bubbles and over an hour and a half to weaken it for an impromptu backwash that still required 15 mins of 600 grit sic under running water.
The water was only running so I could keep an eye on my progress.

Not 'completely'.

Obviously, chemical strippers can remove anything ... eventually. It's dependent on exposure time.

I wouldn't think wiping down a blade with a solvent to remove something like oil or tar and then cleaned would be an issue.
