J Jordan@DLT I called last week and spoke to who I believe was Paul. He personally walked back and check the Military stock to ensure I was getting a new CQI one. He was very helpful, courteous and professional. Not only did he check my knife over, but he threw in some cool stuff as well! Thanks DLT!

Good to hear Jonny ... I should have held out for the bling ... lol (it may be included my package won't get here until next week).

I just made a purchase from DLT in the last week myself ... and the description didn't give all the information I wanted ... so I contacted DLT and they went and found answers to my questions and got back to me very quickly with a reply to all my questions. Very polite and helpful for sure.

DLT has become one of my top go to dealers. Definately a class act.

The red g10 M390 PM2 has put DLT on the top of my list: more than fair price, smooth ordering, and fast shipping.:thumbsup:

Here is the hope that DLT will soon release another run of this model.

Just picked this Zeiba up this week from them and it was delivered incredibly fast!
Always a positive experience from these folks.
Now I've got to figure out how to spend my reward points??

Nice choice, gorgeous knife.

For rewards points use the orange button on the bottom left that says "DLT Rewards" and click redeem and go through the few steps until its applied to your account for use at checkout.

Ah, I see how I mis-worded that.
How I intended to express was "Now I need to figure out what to spend my reward points on".
I've used points in the past and definitely appreciate the incentive program.
Thanks for the reply Jordan.

Understood, hope you find something fun!

I've had favorable transactions, with, DLT, as well.

If you find something, somewhere else, and you want to see if they'll match a price, *do!*, because they don't whine, they don't cry, they just, make it right! So yeah, good folks to do bizz-ness with!

Well, that's my experience, with DLT. YMMV!:)

They don't price match anymore.

Oh, wow, sorry about the erroneous information. Still, good folks to do business with, IMO. Shoppers can be funky, about a few bux, though, right?

Anyway, I wish the best, for DLT!

Hey guys,

Jason, the owner here at DLT Trading wanted to address the price match discontinuation. Here it is.

In response to our cessation of our price match policy I would like to offer our reasoning and explanation.

We stopped the price match some time ago was because we would continually be asked to match competitors who had no stock, were drop shippers (with outdated pricing) or had old stock (they have Gen 1 stock and we have the newer Gen 2 stock). Specifically the A1 Pros and the S1 Pros and a few other Fallknivens come to mind recently Because we move a tremendous amount of Fallkniven we turn our inventory quickly and have the freshest stock. On the S1 Pro and A1 Pro these models jumped as much as $50 at wholesale and we ended up price matching competitors who had dated stock and taking money out of our pocket to fill ourders. That is just not a good way to run a business long term. DLT's level of service, rewards points, and shipping times are all best-in-class. My focal point with DLT is to have the most knowledgeable staff, fastest shipping times, and a huge warehouse full of the world's finest knives all very fairly priced. The bottom line is my #1 goal is to make DLT the best and not necessarily the rock bottom provider. I strongly feel our prices are very fair given the tremendous overhead I have with the level of service we give. We still do offer quantity discounts and I do address price matches on a case-by-case basis and we will honor them whenever we possibly can. I hope you understand where this change in direction has come from.

You guys have always been first rate! I like honest talk and the price matching discussion is "honest talk". The free shipping is another of those industry quirks that helps drive sales, but generally the price is built into the listed price.

I've had nothing but stellar service from DLT Trading. They're at the top of my go-to list for online dealers.
