Hello,

Yesterday I finally picked up my beautiful Bark River Sahara at customs in Berlin/Germany after it was held there for about 6 weeks. Ten days ago I had written Jason from DLT explaining that the knife seemed to have gone lost and if he had some clue what I should do next. The answer came almost immediately saying that perhaps it really did get lost and that one should think about filling up a claim so I could be refunded. Every time I sent him an e-mail the answer came very fast and always in a very friendly assuring tone. I was deeply impressed. I thought this guy is an excellent seller at all levels. Professional, honest, nice.

So here I am to thank Jason for all the support. I don't know when I'm going to buy my next knife but I definitely know where.
