I started a thread a while back after my first purchase from DLT Trading and re-titled and re-posted in it after subsequent buys. They're an excellent dealer with good prices, quick shipping, great communication, and a nice "bonus point" system that yields discounts on future purchases. Highly recommended!

Yeah, their CS is great. I had some questions about the quality of the milling on a knife I bought from them. I wanted to know if it was just my knife or that's the way they all were. Jason went through the others he had in stock and reported that they were all milled the same. Regardless, he offered me a full refund if I wasn't completely satisfied even though there was nothing really "wrong" with the knife. I kept it, as it was just me being overly fussy, but DLT's patience with me and the willingness to go the extra mile was greatly appreciated!Another

Ya know, the dealers we are lucky enough to have here provide some of the best customer service in any industry........and people STILL buy from amazon & ebay.......to save $3.74, with the very real possibility of getting a fake or used knife.

I have a short list of dealers I try to stick with and always look at their inventory first ... sometimes even contacting them asking if they can get a knife I'm looking for they may not currently have in stock ... and it's these handful of dealers that get my repeat business ... they go the extra mile ... sometimes even to open and pick out a perfect example when I'm gifting a knife ... can't say thank you enough for all they do. So I'm agreed that we are lucky to have some that care enough to help anyway they can. Thanks!
