Mini hunter in bulat and curly walnut
This is small knife in classic "Hunter" style. Real eye candy.
The blade is about 3" long, 7/8" wide and 3/32" at the bolster. The steel is "bulat"(same as Wootz\Crucible Damascus) form Russian craftsman Ivan Kirpichev. Very nice steel pattern. The blade has small fold on the spine as the result of forging. This kind of fold is common for the wootz blades and it does not affect the performance.
The bolster is my make mokume-gane (copper\nickel-silver)
The handle is Claro walnut with nice figure; deep vacuum treated.
The sheath is hand stitched and hand tooled leather; fit specifically this knife.
The knife is light and only 6-3/4" OAL.
She is still mint, new, unused, safe queen....... $165.00 shipped in the conus
