I got in touch with Dmitry after seeing one of the fixed blade wootz steel knives he posted for sale recently. We discussed a similar but scaled down version which he made for me for a great price. The piece is beautiful and the blade came in nice and sharp. He's a gentleman to deal with, and a talented individual that I hope to do business with again.

I've got several knives from him and they've all been superb and a great buy for the price. One of the sharpest knives I've ever had is one of his 'Crazy Steel' Wootz-style pieces....amazingly sharp!

A fine gentleman and knifemaker. :)
 
Agreed and +1 on the sharpness!! Got my first from him a couple weeks ago, great maker & great to deal with too :thumbup:
