dmo5 planer blade (mete)

i have 2 planer blades and there dmo5 (M2) least thats what im reading
the annealing looks to take some time per crucible something like 18 hours
i have a kiln and i could do the full anneal but is it worth going the whole way or can i just get it workable (easyer to saw, drill and grind) then reheat treat

im sure mete can get this but any info helps

That's for a full anneal. The stress relieve treatment should be OK for you [ 1100-1300, 2 hours ].That would also be called a subcritical anneal.
