DMT Dia-Sharp EE

My first 8 EE wasn't as good and I managed to ruined it flatten a UF ceramic stone. The 2nd 8 EE is pre-flattened and has very nice thick & even diamond surface. Initially the surface was extra aggressive but after broken-in it's just awesome for blades with high alloy steel. EE grit equivalent to about 2-3K waterstone.
