DMT-Knife Sharpener Question?

Would the DMT-D4F be a good all around sharpener for keeping a good working edge on my knife?

I use the Aligner Kit with course to extra fine
The results are no brainer shaving sharp knives.
And i have been working in D2, which is a hard steel to sharpen.

I'm with neeman. I wouldn't advise trying to do everything with only one hone, no matter how good it is.

DMT sharpeners are great. I carry a medium grit(red), and it works great for keeping an edge.
