Do any of you use a pen/notebook combo with your knifes?

Moleskine and whatever pen daily. I have a preference for dark black inks though.

Moleskine small reporter and used to carry a Rotring 600 Trio (blue/red/pencil) - but I need to repair it, so just a blue Pilot G2 for now.

I have carried a pocket notebook for years and have tried many different kinds. The one I have decided is ideal for me is a Miquelrius 2.5"x4" size with a soft cover. Just right for a front pants pocket.
