Do YOU (specifically) refrigerate pizza or leave it out?

i like to let it dry and season on the counter, if in the fridge it's totally different, clammy, ugh. it hasn't kiled me . . . yet

Thats what I wanted to hear, I seem to remember eatin plenty pizz out the box left on the floor of my brothers room years back and I just dont know how many people say it's ok or don't risk it or if there is a risk..

I take what remains of the pizza (if any) and place on a plate and cover well in plastic and put it into the fridge. Keeping the leftovers airtight keeps the air from degrading the flavors, and the cold of the fridge slows down spoilage. Any food left uncovered gets that odd fishy old taste in short order.

If you want your pizza to taste good, not soggy, the second day, fry it in a cast iron pan with a couple of drops of oil.

I think the Roach in the Fridge was not the kind you guys are thinking of ~~ because after he eats the Pizza in the morning he is going to smoke the "Bug" and then go straight to the hospital and not give a sxit what happens after that.! lol
In all fairness though ~~ I had a friend of mine leave a large all the way Pizza out over night and had it for Breakfast and both he and his Wife ended up in the Hospital and no Ins. and his bill came to $3,400 ~~ now that is one $$$$$ "Pizza & Extras.!
Mine ( if there is any left ~~ go in my Bugless Fridge.!*** )
