What's up knife people!
In your opinion do you think I need a Tops BOB if I already own a Becker BK9?
Would a BK16 be a more suitable option? The blades will be used for general camp chores like fire prep, cleaning fish, whittling, cutting Cordage...

Personally, I think the BK16 or BK2 would be a better option. Why? Well, they are similar blades and steel and the BKs are about half the price. If you don't have a Mora already, spend another $15 or so get a Mora too. Becker for the heavier stuff + Mora for the lighter stuff is a great combo (except for the weight factor in the pack) and you'd cover all your bases and still save $50+ bucks vs buying the TOPs. Plus you'd have a backup knife if you lose one (always good to have).

I love the BOB. It's the reason I don't gGe Becker Knives or my Esee 6 anymore.

Don't know about the BOB, never was my cup of tea, but I would want a smaller fixed blade to pair with something the size of a BK9.

I may just stick with my bk14. The only thing I'm worried about is needing more length to clean the fish that I catch.

The BK-14 with handles is a good all a rounder. You must catch some big fish. ;) I personally would carry my BK-15. But a Mora would work well too especially paired with a folder or the BK-9.

Go BK16 or 15 to pair with the 9. And like others said... spend 20$ and toss a mora in the bottom of the pack as a backup.

I frequently carry my Mora with my bk9. It's a great combo.

The cool thing about the bk9, is that it seems relatively better than other large knives at medium to smaller knife tasks. This to me means the need for knife like the BOB (which is kind of a beefy smaller/midsize blade) is relatively lower. So that's why I feel a smaller knife pairs well with it.

The bk16 is still kind of the same genre as the BOB, but much smaller. Its made of thinner stock, and has a thinner grind. A Mora is thinner still, but the bk16 (or 14) is still a good match. Same with any number of smaller knives.
