Do I need a Spyderco ATR?

I was at my local knife shop the other day, they have just about every knife under the sun. They had two different ATR's one in S/S and in TI. I did not know that they came in two different steels. I must say that the S/S was much smoother then the more expensive TI model.

I think they have discontinued the Ti model so it may be something to think about if you collect.

ya do have to slightly bend the pocket clip to get the right tension on it. i do like the way they look/function though.

both of my Ti's seem at least the equal in F&F to the SS mods, if not better, all of them have been really nice though so its no big deal either way.

You don't "NEED" it but you will "HAVE" it. Open your draw, take a good look at all your knives, your reaction:

a) errrr.........since when i bought so many knives
b) hmm........the ATR is been mark down less than $100

my answer usually is
b)

The stainless atr is one good cutter, mine is in the scary sharp category,& for the 78.00 i got it for ,i think its great!..................
