Do I need some warranty card printed up to send in my knife

Gotta send in the 550 b/c thumbstuds aren't centered it sticks out further on the locking side and I'm not at home and not near a printer at the moment.
 
never mind yall I had my friend print one up so know big deal and I never meant to make big deal about it as it is 2012 so printers are pretty easy to come by
