Do I need to add a first initial to my mark?

I've been waiting for mine for so long, it probably would be appropriate to sport your grandma's maiden name. What was that, Slowbachowski...?

He he he! All in fun Nick. I like it just as is. The mark is perfectly distinguishable, and any other clones will be playing catch up. Nice chatting with you the other day. :p

Nick change it to NICK WHEELER WASHINGTON STATE USA NORTHERN HEMISPHERE EARTH and then find a spot to place your J.S. mark

I spit up coffee......because I was sure that Nick considered it for a moment:D

Nick the mark you use has a nice flow the font is nice it seems to have a little action or movement, so with that if no one is complaining don't change it.

Or you try WDK "Wheeler Dealer Knives"

Spencer

Nick,

Your work always screams "Super Clean!" Let that be your first initial...I've seen some of the "other" Wheeler knives, and there is no confusing them with yours. You've established a look that is distinctly yours, and don't need the first initial.

Not enough information, Nick. Send me a big Bowie with the current mark, and I'll get back to you.....

John

There is no question which Wheeler made the knife. Keep it like it is. Dont confuse me with changes.

I like small pictorial marks. Look how far Hanson has taken a simple sunfish.

Your picture? . . . well, the naked lady is already taken, so how about a 50 lb. dumbbell alone or setting atop a W.

Jason, in dire times such as these, it's nice to know your maker has a fallback occupation--standup comedy. Any truth to the rumor that you are a cavemen on Gieco commercials?

Hello Nick,
Why not create a distinguishable logo to stand out
among others? Your initials or "Wheeler" in a unique font?

All the best,
David Darom (ddd)

LOL!!!!! can't wait to hear what these initials could stand for.... Hmmmm.... North West Journeyman Stud? Not Withstanding, Just Sanding??? :D

Nick, just to chime in - keep it the way it is - we know who's work it is!!!

"Nude Women, justly serviced"

I understand the desire to avoid confusion.

Perhaps the addition of a small icon...perhaps not.

How about keeping a photographic record / certificate with each knife so future owners / collectors have some provenience records.

perhaps it's : No women , Just Solo ..... :jerkit:

plain ol' Wheeler looks cleaner....

I don't think :

Nick " Big " Wheeler
American Idol Tour 2002-2008

would fit well on a blade.... but would work for T-shirts.

;)

Nick.......as slow as you work, confusion as to who made your knives or the chances of someone buying one thinking that it is yours should not be a problem. We know that you made five knives for your JS test a couple of years ago. So if anyone sees a sixth knife for sale, they will know that it is counterfeit:eek:;) j/k:D Better to have a few great ones in the hands of happy owners than 80-90 failures rusting away in the county landfill....like me!! lol
