Do income tax returns = more ESEE knives?

I've already starting spending mine and it hasn't even hit my account yet! I have enough knives to last a lifetime so I kicked off my spending with ammo - 1,000 rounds of Fiocchi 5.56. It's time to go shootin'!

I should have bought 2,000.

I think i will hold off on the Junglas for now, my rtak II still serves me well. However I think the rc 6 in a rat pack would serve me well when afoot and don't have the fourwheeler to tote the big guns for me.....lol....I will get around to the Junglas eventually because it is a sickness and i can't stop myself......

With the money I got back this year I already bought a knife! Carter neck knife, micarta handle, White Super Steel, love it.

Not me. My tax refund is going straight into my AR fund.

Good call. I have a variety of rifles (multiples of AR, AK and SKS), shotguns and handguns so I just need to stockpile ammo for all of them. Thank goodness the prices have started to come back down now that Obamania has somewhat subsided. :)

I always have to pay taxes it sets my knife buying back
Don't be mad about it, you're actually quite smart. Most people think a tax refund is free money, but it's not: it's your money that you lent interest-free to the government. As far as I'm concerned my money is better kept in my pocket than in someone else's.

Like you, I always have to pay a little bit (wait all the way to April 15th). Instead of lending it to the govment, I bought a couple of Izulas.:)

During these tough economic times, I look at my annual interest free loan to the government as a favor to our kids and grandkids. If I don't lend it to them, they will just borrow from China and pay interest to keep our ever expanding handout programs afloat. :grumpy:

My reward for being such a patriotic SOB is to use my refund on things hated by liberals, such as guns, ammo and donations to the campaigns of their opponents. :D

Hey Grump, where the heck you been recently... nice to see you back and posting in style once again!

Now if I actually HAD a tax return, I would be doing as you are, but being lower middle class, where both myself and my wife work for a living, my tax return goes to someone that needs it more.... probably someone outside the country.

Thanks, MrCoffee! I've just been laying low for a while but, recently, this caused my grumpiness to reach uncontrollable levels... so I have started to post again to prevent me from esploding. ;)

Hey, I work for a living too! Sucks, eh? :D

Having to pay is a good thing. Why give the government an interest free loan all year? Just make sure that you do not owe too much. Take the little extra per check and tuck it back for when you need it.
