Do not buy from hand-tools website

Several weeks ago I purchased a zero tolerance 0302 folder from this website. After a few days I received an email saying that my item had been shipped, this was Jan.17. Today being Jan. 31 I have yet to receive my knife so I called the website several times with no answer. I then called amazon because that's who I placed the order through and I filed a complaint with them. Not even an hour after filing the complaint the website called me and left me a voice mail cursing at me because I filed a complaint against them and they also informed me that the new price of the knife is 275$ and I could no longer receive it for the 212$ that I had already payed originally. I then called the gentlemen back and asked him why it was never sent in the first place and he had no answer for that. So I asked the man if the reason he never sent it was either because he didn't really have one of these rare discontinued knives, or he had relized that he sold it for much less then he could have gotten and did not want to commit to the 212$ I already payed. He then told me that there was nothin he could do about it the order was cancelled and he would not honor the original price I payed... Sounds like good buisness ethics too me.. Knife enthusiasts beware of this website.

Whenever something seems too good to be true, it more than likely is. The ZT0302 has been discontinued for almost 2 years, maybe more. Most of these stores that sell knives in addition to other things like crewdrivers, drills, car parts, home fixtures, etc really have no idea what they are doing when it comes to knives. That is not their specialty, they simply add anything that might sell. They don't realize that things are limited runs, end of production, etc.
